Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
KnowBe4 PhishER gives us insight into the SPAM and Phishing that goes on in our organization and give us the ability to mitigate it at a console level. We train our staff in using the PAB (Phish Alert Button), then as our staff use it, our IT team can review and manage SPAM and Phishing on the backside for all users' benefit.
Pros
- Makes it easy to report Phishing attempts
- Makes it manageable for IT staff to address these attempts
- Allows us to have a quantifiable look at our overall phishing profile
Cons
- The back side isn't that intuitive, it's taken my IT staff some time to understand it.
- It allows my limited number of staff to have a large impact on the district.
- It gives us district-wide visibility into the status of our environment.
I only have two Systems Administrators for district-wide initiatives. Cybersecurity defense is a very small part of their job but a large responsibility. KnowBe4 PhishER has allowed us the ability to have a major impact with minimal effort.
We have implemented PhishML and PhishER Blocklist
It has significantly reduced the number of people having to deal with Spam and reduced calls to the tech center about potentially malicious emails.
We researched several, however, KnowBe4 was our first choice and we've been with them since the beginning of our time with these types of products.
