Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
We use PhishER to identify threats, spam, or clean emails. When a threat is identified, we automatically create a Help Desk ticket to remediate the exposures. Whether to remove mail, block mail, block domains, etc.
Pros
- Phish identification with Virus Total reports at least 98% fidelity for us.
- Phish RIP will pull threats from mailbox.
- PhishER provides automated responses to emails commonly reported by our trusted partners.
- PhishER reporting statistics are insightful.
Cons
- Limited integrations with third party providers.
- False positives reporting with Virus Total not 100%.
- Removed manual efforts of replying and investigating alerts.
- Ability to rip mail from mailboxes if needed.
- Free up IR resources to handle other things.
Automated responses to users have allowed automation to replace humans in responding to users. Reporting is robust in providing insights into what is happening in the environment.
