Pros
- Identifying the type of email, Phish, Spam, etc.
- Ability to block senders email
Cons
- scan is not always completed on initial review and we have to do a manual scan normally on Documents
- Total Virus subscription could have more scans seeing that we have to do manual ones in item above
- PAB for Mac Mail and other Mail clients
- Initially saved time because of automated scans but that is slowly eroded with the need to complete manual scans
Scanning the documents and URL which took time has been a good saving for us however as said before this is now no longer a completed function and manual tasks are now needed, which take time as the TotalVirus subscription only allows limited numbers on manual scans.
