KnowBe4 PhishER is a great addition to Current KnowBe4 customer and M365 exchange customer looking to simplify reporting and hunting.

We use KnowBe4 PhishER to improve email security and reduce the burden of on our IT staff. In conjunction with the KnowBe4 security and awareness training and phishing email simulations it works well. Previously the IT staff would receive lots of forwarded suspicious emails, not always to Helpdesk and it caused extra work. Now, users are immediately notified if they flag a training email and we get securely notified if it is a really threat. PhishRIP then makes it easy to track down and pull out the threats from other accounts.

It prevents us from having it investigate and report training emails and centralizes actual threat in a central location where we can take action. Also blocking threats before it happens with blocking email domain lists is grate as well. Filling in words here so this thing does not complain any more about length.

We use all of the above tools except for PhishFlip at this time.
