Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
We have so many phishing emails and SPAM that it was difficult for IT teams to respond to requests in a timely manner. Now everything is reported to Phisher, some of which are automatically dealt with as threat, safe or spam and then we have a daily check to process manual emails
Pros
- Simple way of reporting emails
- Integrates well with 365 to allow blocking of emails and quick remediation
- Threats are quickly cleaned out of mailboxes so they can't impact other users
Cons
- When you have to analyse emails manually, highlighting things that could be red flags in the email header, or having a header analyser that could show this email originated outside the org and is spoofed for example would be useful
- Running the threat clear up on emails manually marked as a threat
- Providing more feedback to users so they know that action has been taken and they were right to report it
- Yeah less time spent by IT analysing reports of phishing
- The percentages of malicious emails that have been read is much lower
- We are able to gather more information about who might have clicked phishing emails and check in with them when we know there's an active threat.
Have mentioned this already. We used to have emails reported, often not in the right way that would allow us to analyse them, so then there's back and forth with a user to get the right info, while this is happening others could be falling for it. Now it's all in one place, with 2/3 automatically dealt with.

We use all of these. We don't use fishflip much.
Quick to deal with reports. Can quickly block email addresess
Some other providers offer similar training but have found Phisher tends to be where we get the most value compared to other products
