Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus

Trains staff to recognize and report potentially malicious emails. We also use the training videos that you have in your library to increase cybersecurity awareness in a range of areas.

Pros

  • Reporting button now works VERY well with Outlook
  • Automated campaigns and tracking very helpful
  • Localization of phishing content is good (but more Canadian would be nice)

Cons

  • Better Canadian content
  • Have identified real threats faster and with greater accuracy
Streamlines process for IT Services and setting up training was made very quick and easy.
