Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
We use KnowBe4 PhisherER to report suspicious emails
Pros
- obviously phishing emails hitting the entire company
- new employees not very familiar with the types of attacks they face
- putting a stop to harmful activity before it spreads
Cons
- more frequent reminders to install PhisherER
- pre-scan and/or flag/recommend action on potential issues at hand
- quick isolation of email threats
- has significantly aided in the amount of time and money our IT vendor spends cleaning up damage from attacks
We use a third party IT vendor to manage our servers and work systems, so they have significantly dealt with much less issues dealing with cyber attacks thanks to PhisherER and KnowBe4 trainings
Our organization has always solely trusted KnowBe4.
Recommended by our outside IT vendor- they continuously do random research on other similar products and time and time again, find KnowBe4 to be the best out there for value and product
