We use KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus as a training tool to ensure that our employees are aware of the risks associated with phishing emails.

Making it harder to determine if test emails are from KnowBe4

Return on Investment

KnowBe4 has allowed us to isolate email threats more quickly and accurately, thus mitigating active phishing attacks impact on our organization.

KnowBe4 products have allowed us to free up time that our IT team would be spending trying to determine if reported emails are legitimate. We also same time by NOT having to deal as much with issues that may arise from a user clicking on a malicious email!

PhishER Capabilities

We use KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus and feel that we benefit from it. We will be implementing FhishRip soon

KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus allows our users to report suspected phishing emails, and frees up time for our IT team that would otherwise be researching these emails

Usability

Once implemented it runs problem free.

Alternatives Considered

Barracuda Cloud Security Guardian (discontinued)

KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus had a better user interface and a greater option for growth

KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus is well suited in an environment where users may have opportunities to click on phishing emails. Obviously in an environment where users are less likely to click on phishing emails, ie, no access to email, this solution would be less appropriate.
