Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
After creating a document in WORD, almost all of them need to be converted to a .pdf format prior to sending. Kofax Power PDF is so easy to use for this application. I just click on the Kofax Power PDF icon and it automatically converts it to a .pdf document. When dealing with hundreds of documents, makes work life much easier!

I have used other .pdf conversion programs in the past, but Kofax Power PDF is by far one of the best. It is so easy to use - just a click of the icon and it does the rest. Although it does not automatically name the converted documents, re-naming is a breeze. The best part of Kofax Power PDF is the ease of converting a .pdf document to a WORD document. Although the formatting of symbols and some characters might be a little askew, which is usually just a quick fix, it makes reverse conversions super easy.
Our firm uses both Kofax Power PDF and Worldox GX4 programs for .pdf conversions. Worldox GX4 automatically converts the document, re-names it and saves the converted document in the applicable file, which is extremely convenient, whereas Kofax Power PDF does not. There are times when I need to use Kofax Power PDF instead of Worldox GX4 so that the receiving party can easily utilize the document being sent.

The reverse .pdf to WORD conversion is a true time saver for me. There are many records which need to be summarized and the reverse conversion creates the ease and flow of being able to just click a few icons and my records are ready for summarizing without having to re-type each record.
