Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I frequently use Kofax Power PDF to help prepare my client's tax returns. It is very easy to use in a small business environment.
Pros
- The scans are very clear.
- Scans multiple documents easily.
- Ready to use as soon it is turned on.
- Can scan two-sided documents.
Cons
- Irregular size documents sometimes don't scan properly.
- It saves time scanning on a printer.
- Able to edit the document.
- Able to reorganize pages of documents.
Power PDF is very easy to use and is user-friendly. It's convenient to use since it is a desktop. You can reorganize documents for various projects without changing the quality of the document. You can also edit pdf documents very easily and add them to other documents and the presentation is high quality.
This was recommended to me by a friend. After researching it, I chose this product to meet my needs.
