Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Used in a variety of document management functions to preserve organization documents, such as board minutes, agendas, reports, program applications, etc.
  • Typewriter function.
  • Signature function.
  • Editing.
  • Editing function is not a smooth as it could be; it takes too many clicks to get back into text created in typewriter function.
  • Use of make searchable/editable functions are confusing.
  • Time savings.
  • Paper elimination.
  • Thus, cost savings.
It is reasonably easy to use, except for the items mentioned above.

Over the years, I have had lots of hassle when I removed program without going through Windows program removal function, for example, when moving to a new computer, and discovering that I have used up my allotted number of installations. That's a restriction that I don't experience on most other software.
