Kofax is much better than the title implies---it is not a fax program

I use it multiple times a day as does my partner in her work. We use it for all form creation, reading pdfs, altering pdfs, creating signatures, reviewing documents, and creating new documents for invoices, professional development materials, award recognition, and redactions.

I have used three versions of Nuance in a university setting and found it to be very easy to use; when I switched to Kofax Power PDF, the transition was seamless. My time is valuable as I work three jobs so the amount of time that I have saved is my main benefit.
