Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I primarily use Kofax Power PDF to modify or edit PDF documents. I find it especially useful for reordering pages, removing blank/irrelevant pages, and combining separate documents.
  • Page deletion is good for removing blank pages (or ads in scanned documents).
  • Page rotation and reordering helpful for getting scans in the right order.
  • It is often handy for combining related documents or single-scan pages.
  • I have not used every feature, but I don't have any complaints about the features I use regularly. The user interface is pretty easy to understand.
  • Power PDF has definitely saved me time when scanning and archiving documents.
Though I have not used every feature, all the ones I've need have been quite easy to use.
Kofax Power PDF provides a ton of functionality at a reasonable price.
I have not used any support services.

The application seems well-suited for the functionality I use. On occasion, I use it to make documents editable to adjust the format or wording, and that has worked well for me.
