Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
My staff utilizes this product across the entire organization. It is critical to our administrative and technical workflow that software be user friendly and yet functional. A great deal of our correspondence originates in editable documents yet we require those documents to be converted to PDF files prior to sharing to remain in control of the content. Document security is important and this software provides it. Also, within the operation continuity of processes is foremost in maintaining efficiency so we find and stay with products that assist in achieving that goal. This is another reason we chose Kofax Power PDF.
