Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
We are SME so it is used just by myself to edit pdf, e.g. extract info and also as a form typer.
- Form typer.
- Convert to Word.
- Highlight info.
- Some forms don't convert very well and fields need editing, this is cumbersome process.
- Some fields do not convert to Word very well, as Kofax also has an OCR program they could easily provide better conversion.
- I would like to highlight multiple areas, but each highlight needs to be repeated.
- Time savings.
- More accurate working.
- More professional forms being typed instead of hand-writing.
Sometimes easy, sometimes not, refer previous comments on improvements.
