Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)
I use Kofax Power PDF [(formerly Nuance Power PDF)] for my scanner initially, but am using it more & more as replacement for Adobe. I like it's ease of use for combining & extraction of files. It's saving me lots of paper also as I work at home 50% of the time like most of us are. (2020-2021). I'm sure I'll find more uses also as time allows.
- Ease of use for editing position of pages in combining
- Quicker response upon printing (Adobe is VERY slow)
- Allows multiple choices for combining(like deleting original files in folder upon combination completeness.)
- Editing original Adobe document can be a bit tricky.
- Time saving
Combining of scanned pages as my scanner is very basic desktop model
