Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)
We use [Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)] in IT, the Business office, Marketing, HR and Finance as a replacement for Adobe.

- The menus can be confusing. I always struggle to find how to just edit text without a comment
- It doesn't export to ms office very well
- It would be nice to have a image to text review that highlighted words that had adjustable matches
- Cost savings
It is generally easy, but again, some of the menus are not obvious
More affordable and generally easy to use, although I have both the full Adobe CC suite and [Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)], I prefer Power PDF when working on documents.
