Overall Satisfaction with Kooomo
Kooomo is one of the best eCommerce platforms that I've ever used for my clients. Marketing km zero is an Italian web agency that creates ecommerce websites and marketing campaigns for different clients.
We have a lot of experience with different eCommerce platforms but Kooomo is the best one for many reasons. These are the main characteristics that we like:
We think that the main feature is the marketplace integration: from a single backend it is possible to manage all the products:
There are some downsides? Yes, we think that it is not a good platform for small clients or for a company that does not accept the revenue share model.
We have a lot of experience with different eCommerce platforms but Kooomo is the best one for many reasons. These are the main characteristics that we like:
- SaaS service: it is possible to start a new eCommerce in few weeks
- Front-end and UX Design: for us it is possible to personalize the layout of the eCommerce platform, without limitations
- Backend: for my agency there are no concerns about the backend, in Kooomo there are all the eCommerce functionalities that we need (coupon, discounts, etc.)
- 1-Click integrations: there are many third-party platforms that are already integrated with Kooomo. This aspect allows the client to do not worry about, for example, about the payment method or the shipping service. There are many payment integrations (PayPal, Banca Sella, etc) and many shipping services (FedEx, DHL, etc.)
We think that the main feature is the marketplace integration: from a single backend it is possible to manage all the products:
- on the eCommerce
- on Amazon
- on eBay
These are the biggest functionalities because many of our clients need to sell products on all online channels.
There are some downsides? Yes, we think that it is not a good platform for small clients or for a company that does not accept the revenue share model.
Pros
- Integration with the marketplaces: in Kooomo you can manage the products not only eCommerce, but also on Amazon and eBay
Cons
- I think that the CMS in Kooomo is good but it could be improved in some small parts
- Kooomo allowed me to expand the range of services offered by my company and to realize consulting or marketing activities for new clients interested in the world of ecommerce.
