Overall Satisfaction with LANDesk Management Suite
We use LANDesk across the whole organization. We use it for software deployment, remote control, provisioning, patching and endpoint security.

- Remote control freezes a lot and if a user has more than 2 monitors the refresh rate is very slow
- Software doesn't deploy completely sometimes
- Positive impact - the ability to help users remotely and keep machines secure through remote patching
