Overall Satisfaction with LeanDNA

Training was minimal and actually happened before go[ing] live and should have been ongoing after new changes adapted.
We use the platform to keep our teams up to date on part status and availability.

It's used from line logistics all the way to buyers and management.

Pros

  • Integration with our MRP system.
  • Use[r] friendly.

Cons

  • Updates disappearing from time to time.
  • Make it easier to copy and paste to multiple sections.
  • Simple google search type box.
  • We are in beginning stage of using this for inventory management.
Our internal customers can go to LeanDNA to get updates without having to come to our team constantly.
Great to put in updates and communicate with multiple teams at once. Web based platform allows for live updates.
