Lessonly is being used by all employees in our organisation.

Pros

  • It provides a range of lessons to users.
  • Has adequate time allocated for doing a course.
  • Options for answering are both structured, with multiple questions while they also give sessions for general answers with explanations.

Cons

  • Provide more and more courses for users.
  • Certification.
  • Reduce on courses that take a whole hour to finish, to avoid eating into staff time as they take the course.
  • A decrease in employee turnover rate, happy and motivated team.
  • An increase in productivity, due to increased knowledge in handling certain situations and or tasks.
Questions/clarifications are resolved within hours.
