They host events to share best practices and brainstorm ways to improving learning & deployment of lessons. YELLOWSHIP (their conference) is an AMAZING RESOURCE bringing all enablement folk from around the country to learn together...and of course do better work!

We used WorkRamp previously with docs from our Google Drive. Our CSM was non existent. It was too basic for what we wanted to do with Training and we weren't getting the support we needed. It could have been that they were a startup too and also focusing on growing pains but it felt like they were too focused on bringing on new customers rather than focusing on existing.
