Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly
Lessonly is being used by our Client Services Team as a training and education platform. It allows us to send updates and keep all employees on top of policies and procedures.
- Create user friendly training material
- The possibility of automated Learning Paths
- Reduces Ramp Time
- Scheduling time for assignments are on American time and we are a global company, so it'd be nice for us to be able to work on local times.
- The dashboards with information and statistics about who is assigned to which lesson and which user has still lessons open are available, yet they could be more advanced based on our personal preferences.
- It'd be nice to have more customization or formatting variation for the texts.
- I really don't have any numbers to share unfortunately.
Our company used Hickory in the past, and Lessonly is way better. From an admin point of view, Lessonly offers user friendly interface, better content, more analytical features, and is easier to use.
