Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Lessonly from an HR and Sales training perspective to ensure that we have full transparency and accountability with our employees when we deploy something for them to work on. If you're online at the same time they are online, it is super easy to be able to chat directly with the team and get the support that you need. With that being said, if you are outside of their hours or working on a project last minute due to process changes then it becomes more difficult to navigate from a self-serve perspective.
