Overall Satisfaction with Linode

Our business hosts a wide variety of client websites and databases on servers provided by Linode.

  • Competitive price
  • Fantastic customer service and technical support
  • The cloud firewall isn't yet out of beta
  • We charge our clients for hosting and are able to make a significant profit on our own investment in Linode
Linode is much, much simpler than AWS but provides us with all the power and features we need.
I rarely need to use Linode support, but when I do, it's prompt and friendly and helpful.
Linode is very competitive on cost, and the money we make on selling hosting allows us to make a significant profit.
Linode has been hugely reliable, with only one notable outtage in all the time I've been using it.
Linode is an excellent provider of standalone LAMP servers in the cloud, providing power and flexibility at a great price, without the complexity of Amazon AWS or similar competitors.
