Support Rating

Linode has always responded to support tickets in a timely manner and offered plenty of advanced notice and help when it comes to hardware migrations or upgrades to existing Linodes.

Linode has worked great for all my needs from hobby usage to professional. I've used Linode to host small things like small PHP websites and TeamSpeak3 servers to small game servers up to inventory tracking services for my company. I haven't really run in to a spot where Linode doesn't work in my eight years of using it. The support is great and the uptime and reliability make up for the slight premium over other VPS providers.
