Overall Satisfaction with Linode

Linode is the main provider for our engineering infrastructure and we depend on it for running our business.
The excellent support and solid computing platform is essential for successful delivery of our services.
  • Wide selection of computing options.
  • Fair and reasonable pricing plans.
  • Freedom and agility of options to support our R&D and engineering needs.
  • DNS management needs improvement.
  • LoadBalancing has many features but is hard to use and price can be adjusted.
  • App market is behind the competition and could have more options and easier deployment flow.
  • Predictable cost.
  • Easier to plan ahead and build solutions.
From our experience we rarely needed Linode support but when we needed we found it to be excellent.
The Linode people are extremely professional, reliable and responsive.
The power of Linode is giving our R&D and engineering team flexibility and creative freedom at a reasonable and predictable price, but it might have been harder to manage for teams with less experience and skill set.
Our computing platform has to provide outstanding uptime and backed by Linode we meet our customers' expectations.
Linode is best for organizations that need simple pricing model, freedom and full control of engineering infrastructure, solid and reliable platform and excellent support.
