Overall Satisfaction with Linode

Linode allows us to have web services with high availability and minimal impact on our physical space.

I chose Linode because of its simpler and easy-to-understand pricing structure. Deployment of nodes seemed easier as well. Another thing I may add is that Linode just seems more professional. Linode gives you a lot more flexibility and control compared to GoDaddy. DigitalOcean is a good competitor of Linode, but it seems that you get more bang for the buck with Linode.
Having the option directly talk to a human without going through several automated steps is a blessing. They have good documentation that minimizes the need to talk to tech support, but there are times that you need to talk to a tech support representative as soon as possible. It is very comforting and assuring to have this option available with Linode.

I know for a fact that Linode is a well fit for small businesses that is trying to minimize overhead.
