Linode allows us to have web services with high availability and minimal impact on our physical space.

I chose Linode because of its simpler and easy-to-understand pricing structure. Deployment of nodes seemed easier as well. Another thing I may add is that Linode just seems more professional. Linode gives you a lot more flexibility and control compared to GoDaddy. DigitalOcean is a good competitor of Linode, but it seems that you get more bang for the buck with Linode.
I greatly appreciate the value that Linode has provided our organization in terms of total cost of ownership. We are able to deploy web services without having the need to purchase additional hardware, such as physical servers and networking equipment. Having them hosted on the cloud, with Linode, gives us the assurance that they will always be available.
The importance of infrastructure uptime is important to our business but not on the very top of our priority list. With Linode, we do not have to worry about downtime because they are very reliable and good communicators. We are very pleased with the uptime guarantee that Linode has offered.
