Overall Satisfaction with Linode
We are a software development firm. We have couple of web based products, we use Linode as our infrastructure. We use Linode in almost all the department from development to quality assurance. Linode gives us the server platform with very reasonable price compare to other providers. And also their support service far beyond the expectation. Honestly we are getting AWS like support without any additional cost. Superb service I have ever got. We use Linode Linux-based servers and object storage.

- Since it is economical, the ROI is high always.
I have used DigitalOcean once, the price is quite the same but the support I am getting from Linode is more valuable than DigitalOcean.
I do not have idea of "total cost of ownership" but the value I am getting from Linode is more than I spend on Linode.
The uptime is utmost import for our business. Most of our clients are e-commerce web sites. So server uptime is very important. Our Linode instances have never been down.
