Overall Satisfaction with Linode

I use Linode servers to provide software-as-a-service to other companies.

Pros

  • Uptime is excellent.
  • Management console for servers is excellent.
  • Support is very good - I have never had a problem that wasn't solved.
  • Incidents (though very rare) are managed extremely well.

Cons

  • I can't think of anything that requires improvement at Linode.
  • Linode provides great ROI - servers are very reasonably priced, and run profitable SaaS servers for me, with almost zero worries about reliability, etc.
I have contacted Linode support a few times, and I always received excellent support. I had plenty of experience of poor quality support from the likes of IBM, so I really appreciate the great support from Linode.
Linode is well suited to my needs, being medium strength servers, with a requirement for very high uptime.
