Overall Satisfaction with Linode
I rely on Linode for all of my cloud service needs, from running my own infrastructure (web, email and databases) to supporting the deployment of custom applications for my customers. Linode has always had first in class customer support, and provides the latest and greatest features necessary to keep my business operations up and running. It just works, and I rarely have to even think about it.

I use AWS at my day job, and I find their admin tools to be a lot more cumbersome and difficult to use as compared to the Linode management interface. I also find the AWS pricing models to be complicated and harder to understand. Linode is just easier to work with.
Over the last 9 years, Linode has been my number one cloud provider. The total cost has been less than what I might have paid for a single year of service at a dedicated data warehouse or coloc as I had done in the years before I joined Linode. I can't stress enough what a great value it has been for myself and my customers.
I work with people all over the world, and my machines need to be up and running 24/7. Uptime is a huge consideration, and one of the main reasons I continue to use Linode for my cloud services.
