We are a software company who uses Linode to host our own servers as well as selling the option to our customers to host our product with Linode.

- Often takes multiple tries to reach a rep who understands (or pays proper attention to) a question/problem.
- Pricing compared to Digital Ocean
- Uptime = confidence from our customers.
- Uptime=confidence for our internal stability.
- Slow or confused support replies lead to unnecessary delays and customer worry.
Base server options less expensive.
We moved to Linode to lower costs over our previous model of hosting our own server hardware at Hurricane Electric for years.
100% important for our product to be up for our clients. Linode has generally been top tier here.
