Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We currently use it for our email and web servers as well as web software development.

Pros

  • Custom servers
  • Easy to install servers

Cons

  • Variety of OSs available
  • Cheaper to buy a cloud server than your own hardware.
I've only contacted them once and they were able to complete my request within a day.
For those who want to run their own server from choosing the OS to security to production.

Yes - I've used it some a year or so ago. I mostly use the web interface since it has more functionality.
