Pros and Cons

Pros

Non-nonsense and reasonable pricing.
Great support team.
Excellent performance on the compute and storage layer.

Cons

The Kubernetes offering is ramping up and not yet fully featured.
Interactions between the Firewall and Kubernetes products are not always well defined.

Return on Investment

Linode has been more reliable than our previous self-hosting.
Predictable cost model.

The support is helpful and knowledgeable. They sometimes fall behind when it comes to the newer offerings, such as LKE.
