Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We use Linode throughout our organization, and we continually implement it as a solution for our customers. We use Linode both for our development infrastructure and to provide services to our clients. Using Linode gives us peace of mind, knowing that we can grow without worrying about the cost of purchasing new hardware.

Pros

  • Technical support is great. Their response is clear, fast, and efficient.
  • Their hardware is always up to date.
  • Their documentation is very good.

Cons

  • It would be great if they had technical support in languages other than English
  • We have had great savings in purchasing and updating servers and infrastructure.
The cost-benefit ratio, along with ease of use and unsurpassed technical support, make Linode our choice.
Email technical support responds really fast, and they are always looking for a way to fix problems, often providing several possible solutions. Currently, I am very satisfied with the support they provide.
Every time I have a client who needs a very reliable service at a good price, I always recommend Linode.
