Overall Satisfaction with Linode
We use Linode throughout our organization, and we continually implement it as a solution for our customers. We use Linode both for our development infrastructure and to provide services to our clients. Using Linode gives us peace of mind, knowing that we can grow without worrying about the cost of purchasing new hardware.
- Technical support is great. Their response is clear, fast, and efficient.
- Their hardware is always up to date.
- Their documentation is very good.
- It would be great if they had technical support in languages other than English
- We have had great savings in purchasing and updating servers and infrastructure.
The cost-benefit ratio, along with ease of use and unsurpassed technical support, make Linode our choice.
Linode has significantly reduced our infrastructure and server costs. Currently we no longer need to invest in facilities with security measures for servers, temperature control, balanced internet connections, etc. And we have all the benefits at a fraction of the cost.
In my business, reliability is critical. Due to the circumstances of our clients, it is frequent that they need to access the services that we provide them any day and at any time, therefore it is extremely important to have providers that allow us to offer our clients very high uptimes.
