The schema of the DB change a lot in our product, So Liquibase help us to rollback safe to previous state easy and safe helping us to implement CD/CI pipelines and all the best practices for DEVOPS, The DB version control is a must have in every Software company like us

  • Speed up the recovery of a database after a change save us a lot of money.
  • Create confidence in our development help us to secure funds
  • Eliminate the Blame culture as we are able to fail safe.
The culture of blame disappear from the moment that we are able to rollback DB configuration and schema. be able to fail safe and return to previous states of the DB schema and data is a functionality that every organization needs for his development team.
We had tried different DB schema version control and I think that Liquibase just work as required.
The support is the only issue they took several hour to respond a simple EMail I believe that this is because of the Time Zone difference.
By the time that they respond we already have solve our issues. Another issue is they close the support tickets some time before confirm that the question is solved. They are more focus in close tickets to reach the SLA that in give a real support.
We do an initial test but Liquibase show more features. So we stop the testing

Now days al the software use a DB and control those changes are a must. have the power to rollback safe has change the way that we work. This increase speed in development while increase the business confidence.
