Overall Satisfaction with Liquibase

We use Liquibase to properly manage database changes in a DevOps way, changes are managed via Liquibase versioning and then Liquibase is integrated into our CI/CD pipelines to apply them. We do this in order to comply to regulations and also to give more autonomy to devops team, avoiding the involvement of DBAs unless needed.

we've implemented policy checks baseline to make sure every sql script complies with most of the rules we have in place and make our DBAs life easier.
Liquibase team followed us very closely from the beginning of our journey, they took us by hand and made sure the tool adoption was the best possible
Liquibase met our needs in a better way, even with the free version alone, then we decided to upgrade our license in order to be able to access policy checks baseline feature

Liquibase is ideal for structured projects with CI/CD pipelines involving database changes, enabling version control and automated deployments. It's less suitable for unstructured projects where database changes aren’t tracked or time is lacking to maintain changelogs and processes.
