Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It was very easy for me to jump in and use Lucidchart. The interface is intuitive and simple.
Our company uses Lucidchart to help map out our customer journey. It helps us get a clear overview of the processes and communications that impact our clients.

Pros

  • Map out marketing flows
  • Easily show dynamic processes
  • Customizable so you can include branding

Cons

  • The icons were a bit lacking, so I had to import many of my own.
  • That's yet to be determined. I have only been using it a few weeks.
I did not know it integrated with so many other apps. We have not tried any of these yet.
I never had to access the support, so I am not sure if I am the best to ask. But the fact that I was able to get started and successfully complete my work without needing to reach out to your team is a success.

This is my first experience with using a technology like this.
For mapping out complex processes and customer journeys, it does a good job of providing an overview. I use different tools to provide the in-depth messaging and details about how that process works.
