Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very good
Lucidchart [is used] to illustrate project plans, to communicate ideas and progress. We have a small team and Lucidchart helps us to create clear, dynamic concise communications that help us to share information with whatever the target audience may be. Working in a manufacturing environment, it will help us to transfer traditional wordy documents into process flow charts, and other flow diagrams. Also used in PowerPoint training sessions.

Have only used Lucidchart with Microsoft applications, [and it] was great with this.
I only had one issue, which was to cancel a subscription, and that was very simple.

Lucidchart brings a professional standard to communications, like the type of illustration we would have traditionally had to send to comms team to put together for us. We can now design great looking documents ourselves.
