Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very limited learning curve, extremely accessible and simple to use. I was able to login and begin creating documents and charts straight away with useful tips/tutorials to help along the way without being too intrusive. While I am from a technical background I'm sure there could be a way to improve user's quality of life while using this software, however for myself I am satisfied.
I began using Lucidchart myself to create workflows and other graphically appealing aids to support my team. While I am a technical individual, this has given me the ability to show a creative side in my work, and allows me to create long-term documents for team usage, with the ability to easily tweak any amendments that need to be made during a project's lifecycle.

I have not had the opportunity to use Lucidchart with an integrated application. I use this software to create documents and workflows to be distributed to my team, however am interested in utilising Lucidchart with Microsoft and Slack in my daily work.
I have not had to use any form of support while using Lucidchart, which should be a testament to the product itself, so I am unable to rate fairly for this reason. Access to support appears easy to locate, unlike other web-pages that like to hide their contact information from users.

I have never used another product like Lucidchart. This is the one I see advertised and since using have had it work for me so have not felt the need to seek out other tools to utilise.
During a project lifecycle there are often occasions where processes either need to be changed or created. Lucidchart has been a valuable tool for me to update existing processes, give them new life in a tidy format, or to make simple corrections by having access to all documents at any time.
