Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We use Lucidspark to collaborate internally and create maps for clients. I use this extensively for mapping out customer journeys and architecting software setups. It's easy to share within our team members and the Slack plugin lets me change permissions on the fly, rather than finding out people don't have access later.
- Integrates seamlessly in Slack
- Easy to collaborate in realtime
- Has all the stickies/notes needed for me to get the job done.
- Very intensive in my browser, causes massive slowdowns in multiple tabs.
- Shortcodes take a bit to learn
- Writing on a sticky can be a challenge
- Saves time on collaboration
- Seamless integrations with our software
- Has all the icons/modules I need.

Google Drive - Majority of our work is here.
Atlassian Confluence - I link out to Lucidspark docs often. Previously used Miro.
