Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is as intuitive as any product I have used. I especially like how easy it is to collaborate with my colleagues.
Lucidchart is a great tool. It's very intuitive and easy to use. We use it for Business process diagrams and helping to track our tasks.

  • Sharing diagrams with my colleagues
  • Have been using for less than a month, so not enough time to spot weaknesses.
  • Great for collaboration.
I did not know it had this capability - I look forward to take advantage of it.
I have not had to contact support to date. It's just too intuitive for that - so far.

Visio almost has too many features. Lucidchart is more intuitive and easy to use (especially collaboration).
It's great for basic flowcharting of any kind.
