Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Good for scenarios where you need to get basic ideas across without getting too fancy. Not the best for customizing or adding your companies brand/style to it.
Lucidchart is primarily used in the Architecture space within our organization. Lucidchart is user-friendly and innovative which helped people within the organization to create better architectural/diagrams/process flows.
  • Level of detail and features within its options
  • Innovative use and quick to adapt to
  • The variety of different charts and project setup is excellent
  • Further enhancement of standard templates and designs
  • More tutorials would be beneficial. I reckon these will come in time with future releases.
It is well-suited in creating workflows, organizational hierarchies, diagrams, etc. It helps readers grasp information without reading through so much text, but rely on symbols and short captions.

Lucidchart is simple and intuitive to use. All the elements work together easily and intuitively. Some enhancements might be needed to find the right designs for a customized set of use cases. However, after going through the video tutorials, it becomes easy.
