Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

So far it is the best tool to create diagrams that I've used - I don't have to spend so many hours creating different diagrams, it is intuitive and user-friendly.
It is very user-friendly and it makes it an easy process to create workflows or any type of diagram. I've been using Lucidchart for a good time already, during my Masters's degree studies and also at my job. Highly recommended.

  • Easy collaboration with other editors
  • Intelligent diagramming
  • Icons gallery is quite limited compared with other platforms such as PowerPoint.
  • It would be nice inserting .GIF images.
  • Grammar check for different languages would be really useful.

  • No Training Needed
I haven't used Lucidchart with those apps.
I haven't contacted customer support. But as it is an easy an intuitive platform. Is quite easy to access and navigate the app.

Easier to use, time saving, flowcharts easier to create, no need for training.
Lucidchart is well suited for designing sequences of activities during a process. It can be used to develop or improve the graphic representation of the process itself.
