Usability

I am like the least tech-y person and have never taken a graphic design class, but I was able to really get into it as I started to make processes that both look good and function well.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company uses Lucidchart to create and document the processes needed for each department to thrive during the absence of any other employee. It helps us clearly describe the process and also include links to supplemental material in case it is not clear enough on its own.

Support Rating

The main improvement I would like to see is the integration of spell check or Grammarly. Sometimes even I have trouble catching errors until I print them out because the small fonts blend together pretty badly. And even when enlarged, they are hard to read.
