Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It was easy to get started with the Lucidchart. However, there were some elements that were harder to understand, including some of the formating.
It is being used by a few individuals within the company and it is helping us to map out our processes.
  • Easy to create diagrams
  • Much easier than using Powerpoint
  • Very easy to format your diagram
  • It is very sensitive so it is easy to create arrows accidentally.
  • Moving groups of objects is easy, but sometimes it includes more objects than you intend.
  • Too early to quantify impact
I haven't integrated with any other applications.
I haven't had to ask for any additional support.

Lucidchart is much more user friendly for creating charts.
Lucidchart is great for making process charts.
