Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Ease of use and very efficient back end programming of the software.
Lucidchart creates graphic visualizations that are easy for the client and employees to comprehend.
  • Layout of functions are efficient.
  • The programming of the software is easy to comprehend.
  • Graphics are crisp and clear.
  • There aren't any changes I would recommend
  • By far, time savings.
I use this in conjunction with Salesforce and the integration is seamless.
I haven't used any support for the program yet, so I figured I'd give it a 10 because I haven't needed support.
