Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is much easier to use than many competing diagramming software options.
Out of several diagramming applications I've tested for my team, Lucidchart is the best of all worlds! It's highly performant, user-friendly, integration-friendly, and has all critical features (hyperlinking, layers/dynamic charts, pages, tooltips, commenting) needed to keep our visuals comprehensive yet filterable and easy to read. Kudos to the Lucidchart team for creating a fantastic tool for project planning and communication!
