Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is easy to learn and work with Lucidcharts. It is a very user-friendly tool and everything is available in a single window making it easy to access and use.
Using Lucidcharts for network topology designs. It is very easy and accessible to use. Downloading new shapes and an extensive shape library, the task completes seamlessly. It is a crucial tool for my team as each site contains a different network topology and designs. However, sometimes it feels a little uncomfortable as dots and pointers are very sensitive to movement.
