Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark has enabled our team to weather the current "storm" for our business. We have used it countless times as a virtual whiteboard to solve the current problems at hand. This tool is effective, easy to use, and a necessary tool in our toolbox. I have received the opportunity to provide feedback over the time of my use and have seen the product evolve in a positive way over time.

Lucidspark is simple and easy to use. I like that you can use it to describe a process in very simple ways or you can get incredibly specific with the tools in the toolbox.
I have not used these integrations, but see their value even in our current operations.

Lucidspark heavily outweighs the versatility of excel in every shape and form. Lucid allows me to collaborate with my team easily and in a very functional way. When working in a mobile setting, Lucid is my go-to program when working with my teams to initiate change. More importantly, Lucidspark is how we maintain the change agreed upon.
We are in the midst of re-developing our org chart and attaching accountabilities to those roles. After setting the accountabilities, we have used Lucidspark to clearly define processes. These processes are cleanly defined and visualized through flow charts.
